1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or not working on arrival

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product is missing accessories

To be eligible:

  • The item must be in original condition

  • It must include the original box, accessories, tags, and invoice

  • You must request a return within 7 days of delivery (or as per brand policy)

Note: Products that are physically damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or installed products

  • Products without original packaging

  • Items with broken seals (for hygiene/safety categories)

  • Software, digital products, or downloadable content

  • Accessories such as cables, chargers, or earphones (once opened)


3. Replacement Policy

If eligible, we provide:

  • Free replacement for defective or damaged items

  • Replacement subject to stock availability

If the same product is unavailable, you may choose:

  • A refund, or

  • An exchange for another product with price adjustments if required


4. Refund Process

Once your return is approved and inspected:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refund processing time: 5–7 business days

  • UPI/Cards/Wallet refunds depend on your bank or provider

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the issue is from our side (wrong/damaged item).


5. Return Pickup

  • A courier partner will pick up the product from your location

  • The product must be securely packed to avoid transit damage

  • If pickup service is unavailable, you may be asked to self-ship (cost will be reimbursed for valid returns)


6. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it is shipped.
Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible — but you may request a return after delivery (if eligible).
